These are Poly/Paper Pouches that are used in gas/steam sterilization. A self-seal pouch’s internal indicator offers extra safety & sterility assurance. The scoring aspect on every self-seal pouch means an easy, quick, & accurate fold each & every time. These pouches also have large flaps & notched tabs for easy grip & opening. The pouches are transparent & have an easy-to-understand process indicator, with a distinct color change. The pouch is constructed with strong, medical graded materials which easily withstand any sort of heavy instrumentation.

The pouches are Triple Seal and Heat Processed, meaning that the seal is consistent & strong, thereby eliminating all risks of tearing or shattering.

They have Wide Adhesive Strips (Self-Seal), which are easy to seal with a flap that ensures integrity of the contents after the sterilization process.

These pouches have a Printed Indicator Arrow, which makes it simple to read. There is a color changing arrow as an Indicator that is printed on every pouch & assures proper sterilization by Steam or EtO or Chemical Vapor.

There is also a full Paper/ Film Separation that ensures clean separation (or peeling) of 4-ply & see-thru Films & maintains sterility of contents until they are used.

The film is Blue Tinted & Transparent for easier detection of contents & possible punctures that can be found through contrast of the color.
